2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings made through our Website or authorized agents are subject to availability and confirmation.

• To confirm your booking, full or partial payment may be required depending on the service.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment gateways listed at checkout.

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

• Prices listed are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or in case of a no-show will result in no refund.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• In case of weather conditions, unforeseen events, or safety reasons, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking a tour, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal details during booking.

• Arrive on time at the designated pickup location.

• Follow all safety instructions given by our guides or drivers.

• Not engage in behavior that may endanger others or damage property.

• Accept that participation in adventure activities (such as dune bashing, camel riding, quad biking, etc.) involves inherent risks.

5. Health and Safety

• Certain activities are not recommended for pregnant women, the elderly, or individuals with heart/back problems.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons.

• Safari Night Dubai and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense resulting from participation in any of our tours or services, except where caused by our proven negligence.

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
